Arbara: A–Z E-commerce Launch
Arbara approached us under Spain’s Digital Kit programme to establish a full digital presence. Previously active in D2B, they wanted to kickstart and eventually transition into D2C. We built and launched a Shopify store that met all programme requirements and laid the groundwork for scalable operations.

Shopify configuration
We aligned the store with Arbara’s heritage-driven brand (over 100 years of family legacy) while preparing robust operations. Core setup included:
- Product catalogue upload and categorisation
- Setting up product costs and offering discounts
- Adding metafields to amplify product information
- Adding domestic (Spain) and international (EU) markets
- Configuring shipping rates per market
- Tax setup in line with EU compliance
- Store policies aligned with GDPR
- Payment methods for a smooth checkout

3PL research & cost analysis
Because operations were to be fully outsourced, we conducted extensive research to select a 3PL partner based on proximity to Zaragoza, Shopify integration, cost structure, and support quality. After multiple meetings and a detailed cost model, we chose Fulfilment Box (Estonia). We then integrated their API so products and orders sync automatically, making the store fully operational end-to-end.

SEO & maintenance
We complemented the launch with a structured SEO and performance programme:
- Keyword research and competitor gap analysis
- SEO-optimised titles & descriptions for all key pages
- Meta titles/descriptions for product and content pages
- Core Web Vitals tuning (LCP & FCP under 1.3s)
- Image conversion to AVIF/WEBP
- Clear, descriptive alt text for accessibility
