We created a tool to help creative teams work smarter, not harder, eliminating repetitive image resizing across platforms. The result was a personalised internal tool that streamlined production for a media & marketing client.

The challenge
Manual Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva workflows created inefficiencies:
- Wasted time across departments
- Inconsistent asset dimensions
- Bottlenecks during campaign launches

The solution
A fully customised platform built with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS and Firebase dramatically simplified workflows. Key features included:
- Automated multi-size generation (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, ads, etc.) + custom size batches
- Drag-and-drop batch uploads
- One-click exports (JPG, PNG, WEBP)
- Real-time previews of platform appearance

The impact
Measured results included a ~50% reduction in time spent on recurring resizing tasks. Beyond raw speed, the tool:
- Increased output consistency
- Reduced formatting errors
- Freed designers to focus on higher-value creative work

Stage II: From internal tool to public SaaS
We transformed the internal tool into a public SaaS:
- Redesigned onboarding with email signup and Google auth
- Removed internal-only admin gates to enable instant account creation
- Scalable access beyond the original private team

Website design
To support growth, we built a clear front-facing site (Wix) that funneled users to the Firebase app:
- Step-by-step ‘how to resize’ guide
- Helpful FAQs
- A blog explaining use-cases and value

SEO programme
Competing in a mature niche required a long-term, multi-pronged plan:
- Extensive keyword research and topical coverage strategy
- Dynamic CMS pages on Wix for scalable, template-driven SEO
- Technical optimisation for LCP/FCP and overall load times
- Content prepared for AI-answer surfaces (ChatGPT/Gemini/Perplexity monitoring via Wix tools)
