To generate early traction, we launched social media marketing campaigns across Instagram and Facebook. These efforts, supported by Meta Ads, began building our community of future pilgrims. At the same time, we laid the foundation for more robust digital marketing, developing custom booking technology, mapping out a Google Ads strategy, and diving deep into SEO keyword research.

Our initial SEO strategy focused on high-intent keywords like "Camino de Santiago 10-day tour" and "short Camino pilgrimage". Combined with a targeted Google Ads campaign, these efforts quickly paid off, bringing in our very first bookings and validating the strength of our concept. We do a continuous process of analyzing Google search data, in order to optimize the website, SEM campaigns, on-site SEO and try out different marketing angles. We launched an initial website built on Wix, prioritizing speed and lean product launches in order to gather initial feedback, client data, and marketing insights. In the first 6 months, we got enough initial clients to validate the MVP and marketing funnels, and we have now moved on to figuring out how to scale the business.

Looking ahead, we're rolling out a major tech upgrade to improve user experience and streamline bookings. We're also committed to a continuous cycle of growth, refining the website, improving page speed and UI/UX, analyzing performance metrics, testing new campaigns, and staying on top of SEO trends.
