From startup

to a tech agency

Discover the story of Loop Development: from Loop Media and Lanzadera to digital agency and CESN technology partner.

We're Manuel, Abhijeet & Santiago, leading a small but powerful team of engineers, AI specialists & cybersecurity experts.

We started with a news publishing platform, Loop Media, and grew it to over 300,000 annual sessions. It wasn't enough to make it profitable, but it gave us the experience & tools to quickly build and test robust products.

We evolved into a development agency, initially helping other startups with websites, apps, internal software, and SEO.

Since then, we've worked with clients across industries including autonomous driving, artificial intelligence, tourism & hospitality.

Over time, we've sharpened our focus on what we do best: cybersecurity, AI implementation, custom software, and technical architecture, moving away from marketing and doubling down on engineering.

From Loop Media to a full-stack dev & marketing studio

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Ibiza, ANAYA Studios is more than just a premium Pilates studio; it is a holistic wellness collective. With a rapidly expanding vision, including a unique matcha bar collaboration with a Paris-based entity, founders Hania and Amaya needed a digital presence that perfectly mirrored their brand's physical tranquillity, modern aesthetic, and global ambitions.

Elevating Wellness in the Digital Space: ANAYA Studios

The primary challenge was moving beyond a standard web template to create a bespoke, immersive digital journey. ANAYA required a platform that could seamlessly handle high-fidelity visual assets, complex custom typography, and dynamic community features without sacrificing performance. The ultimate goal was to build a site where the user feels the studio's calm yet dynamic energy before they even step onto the mat.

The Challenge: Translating Aesthetic into Interactive Architecture

At Loop Development, we approached the ANAYA project by leveraging a robust digital infrastructure. We utilised native Elementor capabilities, pushing them to their limits with highly customised HTML and CSS integrations. This allowed us to build specific, fluid architectural sections, from the sticky, parallax-driven "Founders" layout to the intricate "Studio Carousel." Every animation and transition was calibrated to feel intentional, smooth, and premium.

Our Approach: Engineering a Flawless User Interface

A brand's digital voice is heavily dictated by its typography, and ANAYA's visual identity relies on precise stylistic choices. We implemented a meticulous font strategy, integrating and optimising their signature Avenir and Eurostile Extended typefaces. By fine-tuning the CSS architecture, we ensured that critical brand statements, such as the Studio page and the Pricing page, maintained their exact visual weight, colour shifts, and crisp legibility across all digital touchpoints.

Our Approach: Typography and Brand Identity Integration

To capture the vibrant, ongoing community aspect of the brand, we engineered a custom “ANAYA Quiz” to help people make informed choices and increase conversion rate. Instead of relying on restrictive third-party plugins which created forms, we custom-coded a quiz that relied on the user’s preferences and recommended a class based on their selected options.

Our Approach: Dynamic Content and Community Engagement

ANAYA handle their transactions through a third-party service provider called Mindbody. The client wanted an arrangement wherein the user is able to complete the purchase on WordPress. Earlier, to complete the purchase, the user was redirected to Mindbody, which increased the wait time and led to friction. We wired the Mindbody products and cart using Branded Mindbody’s widgets and created a one-page purchase solution.

Our Approach: Mindbody Integration and One-Stop Buy Solution

High-end, interactive design often introduces complex technical hurdles, particularly regarding cross-device compatibility and speed optimisation. Our team rigorously debugged and restructured the mobile layout, ensuring that complex interactive elements, like overlapping studio imagery, floating navigation buttons, and sticky scrolling features, translated perfectly to smartphone screens. We successfully balanced CSS delivery optimisation with flawless visual rendering to ensure zero layout shifts on load.

Overcoming Technical Hurdles

The outcome is a striking, robust digital platform that captures the true essence of ANAYA Studios. The website now serves as a high-performing, visually captivating hub for both their local Ibiza community and their growing international audience. It is a highly optimised, scalable solution that not only drives engagement and streamlines the user journey but also firmly establishes ANAYA as a leader in the luxury wellness and lifestyle space.

The Result: A Premium Digital Sanctuary

This project stands as a strong testament to what happens when visionary wellness concepts meet precise digital execution. We are incredibly proud of the digital transformation achieved for Hania, Amaya, and the entire ANAYA collective, providing them with a digital foundation as strong and balanced as the practices they teach.

Looking Ahead

Arbara: Complete E-commerce Launch

We aligned the store with Arbara’s heritage-driven brand (over 100 years of family legacy) while preparing robust operations. Core setup included:<ul><li>Product catalogue upload and categorisation</li><li>Setting up product costs and offering discounts</li><li>Adding metafields to amplify product information</li><li>Adding domestic (Spain) and international (EU) markets</li><li>Configuring shipping rates per market</li><li>Tax setup in line with EU compliance</li><li>Store policies aligned with GDPR</li><li>Payment methods for a smooth checkout</li></ul>

Shopify configuration

Because operations were to be fully outsourced, we conducted extensive research to select a 3PL partner based on proximity to Zaragoza, Shopify integration, cost structure, and support quality. After multiple meetings and a detailed cost model, we chose Fulfilment Box (Estonia). We then integrated their API so products and orders sync automatically, making the store fully operational end-to-end.

3PL research & cost analysis

We complemented the launch with a structured SEO and performance programme:<ul><li>Keyword research and competitor gap analysis</li><li>SEO-optimised titles & descriptions for all key pages</li><li>Meta titles/descriptions for product and content pages</li><li>Core Web Vitals tuning (LCP & FCP under 1.3s)</li><li>Image conversion to AVIF/WEBP</li><li>Clear, descriptive alt text for accessibility</li></ul>Result: a Lighthouse 100 performance score and a strong technical foundation.

We collaborated with Boldest.io on the frontend development of their map platform, working on functionalities defined by their product, design, and backend teams.

Their AI-powered tool allows for the quick and easy generation of maps from various information sources.

Boldest.io: Revolutionizing Map Creation with AI

From the beginning, the project was approached as a joint effort. More than an external provider, we acted as an extension of their team. We integrated into Boldest's dynamics, adapting to their processes and the planning set by their team.

About the collaboration

<ul><li>Creation and editing of interactive maps</li><li>Content loading and organization</li><li>Management of points of interest and itineraries</li><li>Content customization and sorting</li><li>Multiple project management</li></ul>

Our frontend development

Our client came to us with a clear goal: build a language-learning platform that felt personal, always available, and deeply intuitive. That idea became Buddie Speak, an app designed to make learning a new language as natural as chatting with a friend.

Built with Flutter for cross-platform compatibility, and Firebase for real-time data sync and user authentication, Buddie Speak delivers a seamless experience on both iOS and Android.

An AI-powered language learning app

We integrated OpenAI's GPT-based APIs to bring the platform to life through two key features:

Chatbot Conversations: Users interact with an adaptive AI tutor that responds intelligently, corrects errors, suggests improvements, and adjusts to the user's proficiency.

Interactive Roleplays: From job interviews to travel situations, users can practice through fully tailored scenarios, or create custom ones for niche use cases.

AI conversations and dynamic roleplays

The app uses an AI-driven onboarding to assess the user's current level, then adjusts the difficulty of chats and roleplays in real-time.

With every interaction, the system refines its responses, providing ongoing feedback and tracking progress to support long-term learning.

Personalized learning through smart feedback

With our final product, users can manage multiple AI chatbots and roleplay conversations, from everyday dialogue to advanced topics.

The app uses profile data like name, age, and interests to keep conversations relevant and engaging.

The MVP launched with a free plan and premium upgrade options.

The core product

Buddie Speak established itself as a standout in the EdTech space by offering:

24/7 AI tutoring that adapts to each learner
Highly personalized interactions through natural conversation
Custom roleplays and gamified feedback that drive engagement

All in a platform that's accessible, affordable, and widely recognized as one of the most promising AI learning tools of 2023.

Cookie Chronicles brought together the comfort of freshly baked cookies and the power of artificial intelligence to create a one-of-a-kind, emotionally resonant gifting experience.

A Deliciously Personal Gifting Experience

The client approached us with a bold vision: transform the simple act of gifting cookies into something more memorable, more human.

They wanted to personalize each box in a way that would surprise, delight, and leave a lasting impression.

Our challenge was to build a digital product that could turn memories into interactive, AI-powered stories, delivered alongside a beautiful box of cookies.

The Challenge: Add Meaning to Gifting Through Technology

At the heart of the Cookie Chronicles experience was a no-code front-end built on Bubble.io, allowing for rapid deployment and seamless user interaction.

Users could easily navigate the platform to purchase cookies, customize their order, and, most importantly, create a bespoke story tied to their gift.

The Solution: Personalized Storytelling Powered by AI

To bring this vision to life, we integrated multiple technologies:<ul><li>OpenAI's GPT API to generate rich, personalized stories</li><li>Midjourney to create AI-rendered artwork matching the story's tone</li><li>A custom Node.js backend to connect Bubble with AI models, generate downloadable PDFs and audio</li><li>Scannable QR codes printed on the cookie box linking to the digital story experience</li><li>Stripe integration for fast, secure payments</li></ul>

How It Worked: A Symphony of Tools

Cookie Chronicles wasn't just about selling cookies, it was about selling emotion and memory, powered by intelligent design and AI.<ul><li>Customers created highly personalized stories in under 5 minutes</li><li>Every gift became a multimedia experience</li><li>Built entirely with no-code tools for fast iteration</li><li>Designed to scale content customization through automation</li></ul>

The Impact: Cookies That Tell Stories

We spent most of the time investigating different AI models, and how to best combine them for the desired outcome.

After finishing the product, our client decided to pause the project due to personal obligations and the complexities of food logistics and e-commerce regulation.

Ultimately, Cookie Chronicles became a deep dive into AI storytelling, offering valuable insight into the intersection of technology, emotion, and digital commerce.

Final Outcome

For Crêpe Society, we created a brand that blends artisanal charm with contemporary sophistication.

Rooted in Mediterranean flavors and a focus on freshness, the brand was designed to feel both warm and refined, appealing to food lovers who care about quality and style.

Crafting a flavorful brand identity

We explored a wide range of logo concepts, from minimalist to handcrafted aesthetics, each capturing a different side of the Crêpe Society story.

The final selection delivered a modern, inviting identity that resonated with the brand's values.

Since its launch in 2024, Crêpe Society has since stopped operations.

Redesigning the founder experience

Givell is a next-generation content platform built to help influencers deepen their connection with audiences in authentic, engaging, and rewarding ways.

At the heart of Givell is a unique task system where fans suggest personalised content ideas, called tasks, and attach small donations to support them.

This system creates a collaborative feedback loop, where communities directly influence and fund the content they want to see.

How It Works: Monetised Audience Ideas

Built with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, Givell's Profile View empowers influencers to manage all active and past tasks through a clean, intuitive dashboard.

Creators can:<ul><li>Categorise requests (e.g. TikTok challenges, music reactions, or YouTube ideas)</li><li>Track balance and donations</li><li>Request payouts</li><li>Manage notifications</li><li>Stay organised with a frictionless task flow</li></ul>

All powered by a Firebase backend and Stripe integration for fast, secure transactions.

Dynamic Profile View: The Content Command Centre

The Active Tasks section puts creators in full control. With one tap, influencers can:<ul><li>Accept or decline requests</li><li>Start a conversation with fans</li><li>Prioritise tasks based on donation size, popularity, or creativity</li></ul>It's real-time content creation, on your terms.

Active Tasks View: Real-Time Control

Givell offers an end-to-end solution tailored for creators on YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram.

From task submissions to content fulfilment to instant payouts, everything is designed to:<ul><li>Unlock new revenue streams</li><li>Increase audience engagement</li><li>Turn passive viewers into active collaborators</li></ul>Since its launch in 2024, Givell has since stopped operations.

Built for Modern Creators

We <link>created a tool</link> to help creative teams work smarter, not harder, eliminating repetitive image resizing across platforms. The result was a personalised internal tool that streamlined production for a media & marketing client.

Stage I: Custom internal tool for creative teams

Manual Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva workflows created inefficiencies:<ul><li>Wasted time across departments</li><li>Inconsistent asset dimensions</li><li>Bottlenecks during campaign launches</li></ul>For some projects, resizing/formatting consumed 30% to 50% of total production time.

The challenge

A fully customised platform built with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS and Firebase dramatically simplified workflows. Key features included:<ul><li>Automated multi-size generation (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, ads, etc.) + custom size batches</li><li>Drag-and-drop batch uploads</li><li>One-click exports (JPG, PNG, WEBP)</li><li>Real-time previews of platform appearance</li></ul>

The solution

Measured results included a ~50% reduction in time spent on recurring resizing tasks. Beyond raw speed, the tool:<ul><li>Increased output consistency</li><li>Reduced formatting errors</li><li>Freed designers to focus on higher-value creative work</li></ul>

The impact

We transformed the internal tool into a <link>public SaaS</link>:<ul><li>Redesigned onboarding with email signup and Google auth</li><li>Removed internal-only admin gates to enable instant account creation</li><li>Scalable access beyond the original private team</li></ul>

Stage II: From internal tool to public SaaS

To support growth, we built a clear front-facing site (Wix) that funneled users to the Firebase app:<ul><li>Step-by-step ‘how to resize’ guide</li><li>Helpful FAQs</li><li>A blog explaining use-cases and value</li></ul>We also created CMS pages targeting high-intent searches (e.g., YouTube & Instagram sizes) with strong CTAs to the tool.

Website design

Competing in a mature niche required a long-term, multi-pronged plan:<ul><li>Extensive keyword research and topical coverage strategy</li><li>Dynamic CMS pages on Wix for scalable, template-driven SEO</li><li>Technical optimisation for LCP/FCP and overall load times</li><li>Content prepared for AI-answer surfaces (ChatGPT/Gemini/Perplexity monitoring via Wix tools)</li></ul>SEO is ongoing: audits, iteration, and content expansion remain core to growth.

SEO programme

A digital ecosystem for Madrid's iconic opera-restaurant

<ul><li>Build a clean, elegant website that reflects La Favorita's refined identity</li><li>Create a fully custom internal platform to manage restaurant, events, catering, and live performances</li><li>Replace fragmented tools with one centralized solution</li><li>Streamline operations and enhance internal coordination</li></ul>

Our objective

We began with a Wix-powered landing site, simple for the internal team to update, but elegant enough to represent the brand's prestige. It served as the digital front door for bookings, menus, events, and more.

The website

La Favorita's operations were too unique for off-the-shelf software. They needed a custom solution that could integrate restaurant reservations, event planning, catering logistics, opera performances, and payments, all in one place. No existing SaaS platform fit their needs.

Using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS on the front end and Firebase + Stripe on the back end, we built a tailored internal tool with modules to manage:<ul><li>Restaurant reservations and floor planning</li><li>Private event organization and client coordination</li><li>Catering service logistics</li><li>Scheduling and promotion of live opera performances</li><li>Payment integration for multiple business verticals</li></ul>

The solution: a custom internal platform

La Favorita runs multiple lines of business: restaurant, catering, opera performances, and private events. Each has different teams, calendars, and workflows. They needed a single, fully custom system that brings everything together, supports role-based access for each team, and keeps reservations and assignments in one place.

Why a unified operations platform

The platform centralises day-to-day operations so staff can see every booking and who owns it, whether it's a restaurant reservation, an opera performance, or a catering job. From any screen, managers can review upcoming events, confirm who's assigned, and switch context without losing information or duplicating work.

One system for all teams

To make the system intuitive for different roles, we shipped multiple views of the same live data:<ul><li>CRM view: customer and booking details with ownership and status at a glance.</li><li>Calendar view: day/week/month timelines to plan staff and avoid clashes across restaurant, opera, and catering.</li><li>List view: fast, filterable queues for high-volume operations and bulk updates.</li></ul>

Views that match their workflow

This centralized platform has helped La Favorita:<ul><li>Improve operational efficiency</li><li>Coordinate complex schedules across teams</li><li>Enhance the guest experience through better internal alignment</li></ul>

All while preserving the soul of what makes them special: an unforgettable opera dining experience.

Loop Media was developed with a bold ambition: to reshape the way people consume and contribute to global content, free from algorithmic bias, linguistic limitations, or ad-driven manipulation.

In a digital world dominated by dopamine-delivering platforms, Loop Media offers a clean break: a decentralized, multilingual publishing space focused on geopolitics, ideas, and connection.

Loop Media: A news article publishing platform without language barriers or algorithms

We developed a multi-platform content and publishing ecosystem, one where readers and writers around the world can engage directly, without interference from algorithms, filters, or monetization engines.

It was composed of a web platform and an app for iOS and Android.

Web Platform: Developed using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, Loop Media offers a sleek, responsive interface that makes discovering global content intuitive and frictionless.

Mobile App: Built in Flutter for both Android and iOS, allowing writers and readers to publish and explore content on the go with native performance.

Back-end: Powered by Firebase, we handled real-time data syncing, scalable user authentication, and seamless content management across platforms.

Ad Network: We connected different third-party ad networks, such as Google Ads, and shared part of the ad revenue with the writers, through a payment processing system integrated using Stripe.

What We Built

Writers get an end-to-end publishing suite without having to manage a blog, deal with SEO, or handle any technical complexities. With just a few clicks, anyone can publish long-form content with international reach.

Readers access thought-provoking articles, essays, and debates from all over the world, without language barriers or algorithmic echo chambers.

All content is presented chronologically, not selectively. No engagement-based curation, no infinite scroll, just meaningful journalism, essays, and ideas.

How It Works

The internet has made it easier than ever to communicate, but ironically, most platforms have made communication shallow.

Timelines are engineered for addiction. Algorithms prioritize controversy. Voices are filtered based on what drives ad revenue, not truth or diversity.

Loop Media was built to challenge this.

It provides a space where:

Writers focus on their words, not website building or metrics.
Readers explore raw, unfiltered perspectives across geographies and ideologies.
Communities can debate, reflect, and grow, instead of shouting into curated bubbles.

Why It Matters

Independent writers tired of building audiences from scratch.

Thinkers and researchers looking to publish globally without the gatekeeping of traditional media.

Readers who want more than viral content, those craving long-form, critical thought from diverse voices.

Who It's For

Loop Media was brought to life by a diverse, mission-driven team: young creatives, senior developers, and global thinkers committed to reclaiming the internet as a space for real discourse.

Our development team translated that vision into a robust, scalable product that's ready to grow with its community.

We spent over 3 years with this project, participating for one year in Spain's #1 startup accelerator, ranked #7 in all of Europe: Lanzadera.

Who Built It

There, we were able to reach 300,000 web clicks and over 70,000 app downloads, but it wasn't enough to make the platform profitable.

Fortunately, we saw strong interest from other startups in hiring us for extra help with their development, whether it was apps, websites, or SEO. As an article-publishing platform, we had built some of the best SEO tools for writers.

We started doing jobs on the side for revenue and eventually pivoted fully, transforming from Loop Media into Loop Development, a full-time dev and marketing agency.

What Happened Next

Loop Media is still active as a web platform, and we continue to see new writers and readers join. You can check it out here:

A Partnership for the Future

Breaking production barriers with AI: cinematic hardware visuals for OSAKA's G-Log monitoring device.

OSAKA | Loop Development

When OSAKA needed a compelling visual piece to showcase their G-Log monitoring device at an upcoming trade fair, we faced a significant hurdle. Capturing industrial environments through traditional video production would have required a Hollywood-style crew and budget. Furthermore, because we were dealing with complex hardware, technical precision was absolutely paramount: every detail of the device and its real-world application had to be perfectly represented.

The Challenge: Cinematic Scope for Complex Hardware

To achieve this without physical constraints, we engineered a highly controlled generative AI workflow. We quickly identified that generating accurate hardware required more than simple text inputs. We established a strong visual foundation by using precise seed images to ground the AI.

From there, rigorous prompt engineering became the driving force of the project. We meticulously tracked and documented every prompt iteration to analyze what succeeded and what failed. By breaking the overarching narrative down into micro-clips and crafting targeted, second-by-second prompts, we maintained strict control over the visual output, ensuring the complex hardware was rendered flawlessly. After extensively testing the market's available AI video generators, we determined that combining Google Nanobana, Veo, and Flow Studio provided the ultimate tech stack to achieve this level of high-fidelity rendering at the time.

The Solution: Precision Prompting and AI Engineering

Breaking Production Barriers with AI: The OSAKA Project

While dedicated video production might seem outside the traditional scope of web development, AI serves as our ultimate equalizer. We seamlessly integrate generative AI into our everyday workflows to build richer digital experiences. Whether it’s generating custom web backgrounds, crafting unique site imagery, or producing embedded web videos, AI enables our team to tackle virtually any creative or technical challenge.

Our Approach: Expanding the Digital Toolset

Achieving a high-end, cinematic look without the massive overhead of a physical shoot.

Second-by-second prompting and seed-image grounding ensured absolute accuracy for complex industrial products.

Delivering a stronger, more adaptable final product while working within realistic business constraints.

The Impact: Boundless Creative Potential

We were lucky enough to be tasked with creating Mohammed Qasim Ashfaq's first online presence.

For Qasim, the act of making is rooted in clarity, stillness, and a rigorous material discipline, graphite on paper, line by line. Our goal was not to grow a following, chase engagement, or create a digital persona. Instead, we approached the Instagram profile as an extension of his studio: precise, quiet, and deeply intentional.

Translating silence into digital form

Essence First: Qasim's drawings exist within strict limitations, only graphite and paper, yet within those bounds lies a universe of depth. Our approach honored this limitation as a strength, using the platform to showcase the elemental power of black, white, and shadow.

Minimal Intervention: No branding, no hashtags, no distractions. The grid reads as a silent exhibition. The captions are spare, often just titles or materials. The focus remains on the work itself: texture, surface, and time.

Digital as Mirror: We treated the Instagram feed as a mirror of his studio walls, an archival space, not a billboard. The result is a profile that communicates patience, process, and presence rather than urgency.

Our approach

We integrate AI into your business to eliminate bottlenecks and unlock new capabilities.

Custom chatbots, intelligent automations, data extraction, LLM integrations, recommendation engines, and AI-powered workflows, all tailored to your specific processes.

We build any kind of software, starting with design and UI/UX, then moving into front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases.
